Just okay Program & Support could be much better!. PROS: Fast Video downloader/ConverterCONS:-Limited Video Downloader Resolution and audio options,-No noticeable difference at all in resolution quality of video or audio sound from last few previous WINX versions.-Noticeably less final resolution quality than a few other online similiar online downloaders have tested as well.-Program Support response Rude,very generic and not helpful at all, as if they do not care. They did not bother to respond to any addtl Support inquiries!SUMMARY: Compared to similiar Video Downloader/converters have used, this one is limited, still needs better final video Resolution quality options, online video sound cleaning options would be nice too, to make it at least stand out from other Converters/Downloaders used.Hopefully they continue to at least try to improve program and their Support, which is really lacking! Pros: Fast downloader Cons: More Resolution options and better quality!

Excellent software, good support, does exactly what it says. Tested all the compression packages that were $50 or less and this one is excellent. Quick, simple to use and does what it sais. Works on Windows 7x64. This is the second time i try winx software. It converted a two-hour MKV video in about 33 mintues. Nice GUI. And the drag and drop design works great.

Useful Tool. Very useful to load up my Windows Mobile phone with some media, and I should be able to convert to any format I could reasonably want. I also like its support of multicore and hyperthreading.
